From the Real People area of ​​Cadena Real, several training sessions have been held on various topics that offer tools to employees so that they can improve day by day in the personalized attention to customers of the Real supermarket.

This year, they have conducted training on technical skills, leadership, customer service (operational excellence), real growth, fire prevention, actions on socio-environmental management, among others. Reaching 1,213 employees who were trained in a period of 2,126 hours.

Customer service. Emphasizing what was learned through the WOW experience, by the Assistant Manager Rossana Sanabria with the support of Elizabeth Villamayor. In addition, a talk was held to the team from the butchery and greengrocer sectors on points to take into account for excellence in service by Francisco Bracho, Manager of the Real Fernando branch.

Fire prevention. The talk was given by the team of regiment 8 accompanied by the Prevention and Risk Manager, Ladislao Vera, thus showing the methods for the corresponding use of fire extinguishers to prevent accidents.

Butchery. Training carried out in the butchery sector of the Fernando branch where the types of meat cuts were highlighted by Mr. Mario Coronel.

Christmas in Real. The sweet bread test training was carried out at the Ñemby 2 branch with confectioner chiefs from each location by Eliodoro Taboada, Santo Candado supervisor.

These topics and others were developed during 2023, with the participation of chiefs, managers, among others, as leaders of the topics developed. With this, the training plan for Cadena Real employees is also fulfilled, to continue providing the best service to all its customers.
