Representing Cadena Real, Michel Gibaud, Corporate Technology Director of Grupo Riquelme, spoke about “The dilemma between developing in-house e-commerce or outsourcing an e-commerce platform” at the third edition of the leading e-commerce event for supermarkets and pharmacies in Latin America, held in the city of Lima, Peru.
The event, which lasted two days, from April 24 to 25 at the Hyatt Centric facility, organized by the company Instaleap, brought together the best talents in the industry to transform together the ecosystem of supermarkets and pharmacies in Latin America. Where more than 80 CEOs and leaders in attendance, 60 retailers and companies from 17 countries, were able to share, talk, learn and expand their knowledge. On the occasion, the discussion focused on the profitability of e-commerce, the challenge of an efficient operation in e-commerce and how Instaleap helped eFarma in Brazil to deliver more than 1,500,000 orders per month.
Michel Gibaud stated that representing Cadena Real and the Riquelme Group was a very important challenge for the company and for the country, knowing the level of executives who would participate as panelists during the international event.
